Your dentist can simply whiten your natural teeth, then polish or replace your veneers so that they match the new shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sore Gums<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When your dentist places your veneers, they\u2019ll get the shell as close to your gumline as possible. This helps ensure your tooth is well-protected. Sometimes, though, the gums don\u2019t respond well to this intrusion and become irritated. If you experience sore gums after your treatment, know that that\u2019s normal, and your symptoms will likely dissipate.
